Scientific studies don’t usually go into directly criticizing other people’s work, and possibly tainted studies by some researchers do not mean that everything related to a given area is a junk science. Most everything involving the human brain is a very difficult research – often, it’s difficult to distinguish between risk factors and causative agents, and hitting some dead ends is part of the scientific process.
As for Al – according to this 2015 paper, there is an association between Al and AD: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8028870/ – read at least the abstract.
As for vaccines blamed for various things – too much too list. 🙁
