In the eyes of ICE. but they did not have a judicial warrant. They had an administrative warrant, the validity of which the judge questioned. Overreach on the part of ICE. A charge is not a conviction. And unless the presumption of innocence has been suddenly suspended in the US, there is no conviction here, in spite of certain media (and others) presumptions.
