We would have been one, too! As a result of Hurricane Helene pretty much destroying all Zito lines & hardware in western North Carolina last fall!
BUT:
All T Mobile hardware use the SAME HARD CODED IP:
192.168.12.1
Which just happens to be the LAN we use here!
(Many IP based Firewall and Packet Sniffer Rules here, and multiple devices, 90% Static IP.).
The Hardware was returned to T Mobile Store the following day, After I went through both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support levels, where I learned the IP is HARD CODED into all Hardware! At the store, Sales guy opened up every one of returned devices he had (18 if I remember), and all models were marked with 192.168.12.1!
We ended up driving up to neighbor’s house & using Neighbor’s T Mobile Service on our phones, to contact and do business in the car, while we waited a few weeks for Zito to recover!
