Ah - because of the inability to distinguish between the actions of ‘some’ and ‘all’.
Nah, it’s not an inability at all, it’s an ease of response. If 100% of the vegans you’ve encountered are disruptive or simply annoying, it’s easier to attribute that behavior to vegans as a whole. There are absolutely no negative repercussions from that attribution.
Should I hate all members of any group where a handful of them annoy me?
That’s quite an extreme response I’m not one to tell you what you should or should not do, I don’t know what your threshold of tolerance is; While you’re demonstrably prone to exaggeration you don’t seem that sensitive.
I wouldn’t take this stance too seriously, you’re attributing more emotion to the situation than exists. The only time meat eaters even consider the existence of vegans is when its time for jokes or when they’re disrupting the peace of people’s restful lives, by screaming megaphones at them as they enter restaurants or shop, or block people from buying meat in the grocery store. Then obviously people feel ‘hate’ but it’s fleeting.
