Basically, no. You should have gotten an email/text with full details of the changes, and (in the details) the CableCARDs would have gone away, but unless you read all the details (including the small print), once you said “agreed”, you were done and gone.
There is a lesson to be learned that you never agree to anything without reading all the contract (your lawyer would tell you that, but until this time you probably did not expect to need to pay your lawyer to review a Comcast change).
