From bottom to top:
Ludo - 13700k, 48GB RAM, RX7700 XT, running Arch Linux. Cloud gaming server, using Sunshine/Moonlight
Homelab - Ryzen 5600, 128GB RAM, Arc A310. Virtualization/container host. Services include FreeIPA, radius server, VM lab (virtual machines, eve-ng, etc. -- only permanent VM is a Fedora jumpbox), Jellyfin, Passbolt/MariaDB, PiHole and a cloudflare zero trust container for remote access.
(both Ludo & Homelab have an internal blikvm, as well)
UPS (650VA. Currently saving pennies to replace it with a 1500VA rackmount unit, which will go in the 2U of space at the bottom of the rack)
aging Synology DS220+, w/ 2x12TB hard drives. Also hosting a backup PiHole container. It's next on the list after the UPS, to be replaced with a rackmount NAS - most likely will go for terramaster 1U, and use the empty space in the rack for DAS storage as needed, but TBC)

16 port tplink PoE++ managed switch. I want to replace it, but am having a hard time finding one that has all the features I want for less than $500 CAD - I'd need PoE++ w/ at least 50W of power delivery (preferably more), and want to have spare ports available for future expansion, so 16 port minimum. ignore the orange fan light - it doesn't like that I replaced the internal fan with a noctua that has a lower base speed than the original
patch panel where everything comes in/goes out
all in an enclosed rack, because cats like to sleep in warm places.
Not pictured: router, and wireless aps. because I don't really consider them part of the lab setup. suffice to say that they are all poe-powered off the centralized switch (and UPS), and they support enough vlans for me to keep everything separate.
no desire to go to 10gbe in home. really don't need it - don't move around enough big files often enough to justify the cost, and if I ever did take up a hobby that involved editing huge files, I'd install a DAC between Ludo and my NAS and do everything through Moonlight.
