This is seriously the weirdest mode of operation I have ever seen a web application in. I'm struggling to understand why the site only works for 5 minutes, top of the hour. It's not working right now for me, but I am logged in.
Is the backend so broken that it just crashes and needs to be restarted by a cronjob, but they don't want to be too aggressive with the restarts? Is it just a really absurd middle finger to the community?
I'm seriously baffled.
Oh, and why is there still ZERO information? Someone bothered to put this cryptic system into place, but there is no rationale as to A) Why it was down for so long and B) Why it is so broken.
