Despite how badly they adapted the original content, I’m curious to see how this season will go considering it’s been cancelled with so little shows to represent all the content.
I have a feeling this IP will be too toxic to ever be adapted again in my lifetime which is unfortunate because done under the right people, that is to say not Netflix and not current-day Gaiman, there was enough good content in the Sandman comic to give us at least 7 seasons of TV if adapted properly.
I wish the Joseph Gordon-Levitt and David Goyer adaptation came to light… it’s too bad they had to abandon it.
