Just Had a Discussion With a Customer Who Can't Get Four Tuner Boxes in His Area

They haven’t had them for years. My suspicion is that he is living in a legacy Charter head-end. We were talking about the pros and cons of XUMO boxes. His DVR remote is slow to respond to FF/RW/Play commands. Tried new batteries, different remotes, reboots, Tech came out and factory reset his box. He has almost no shows on it I wonder if he can get an XUMO at all?

Personally, I can’t see why he couldn’t get a XUMO box. I mean, it’s just using the Spectrum Streaming App. If I remember correctly they have already moved everyone to the spectrum app when they shut down all of the legacy ones. I don’t think Spectrum has any legacy streaming TV apps anymore.

If he has any type of steaming device, then he might be able to test it before he gets the Xumo box.
