I wonder if anyone knows the title of one specific Asimov novel.
The detail I remember is that there was some kind of conference or meeting, and it was discovered that some participants were robots, so they started checking ‘people’ with metal detectors. Later it was discovered that were some robots without metal, and they started going after those, too. I can’t recall the end, but either no one or very few real people left.
I read the book either in the late 70’s or early 80’s, so it was a little while ago.
