Our court system really needs a triage system in that frequent flyers such as this one spend more time in jail, and stay there until all their legal proceedings are completed. It actually means for most of them they would serve less time as pre sentence custody is calculated as being worth more, also it keeps them from reoffending again and again while they slowly are processed.
