Jbob I have one TV with an ATSC 3.0 tuner and was seeing much less interference from airplane traffic on one channel than the same antenna feed to older TVs getting the ATSC 1.0 version, but eventually I was able to tweak the antenna location and aiming so even the 1.0 feed is good now. The 3.0 version is 1080p/HDR with Dolby AC4 audio, but as far as I can tell this is just upscaled from the same feed you would get on 1.0 - with just slightly better processing than your own TV/receiver would do. It does offer a ‘restart from beginning’ option when you tune to a program which is a nice touch, but then you can’t fast-forward to skip commercials and catch up so it’s mostly useless. You really need a DVR and apps to watch on multiple TVs and other devices for a civilized experience and 3.0 makes that next to impossible.
