Comcast installed a new system in our neighborhood in 2022, alongside Service Electric Cablevision and the now defunct Verizon DSL (at least I can’t find any way to order it).
The plan builder shows speeds up to 2gbps since late April 2023. Almost 2 full years later and all the paper mail marketing says “speeds up to 1.2 gbps”. The plan builder doesn’t even have a 1.2gbps plan. It has 300,500,1000,2000.
Why do we, simple simpletons know more about Comcast’s network than their own employees and marketing?
