HooRU The F-47 has a totally different funding structure with a cost-plus incentive-fee contract vs the fixed price contract of Starliner. Boeing can make tons of money from the F-47 as long as the government wants it. Starliner was competitively funded and designed to save NASA money if it succeeded. At this point it’s a loss for both NASA and Boeing. The F-47 is a cost is no object, money sink. Boeing will literally succeed at all costs.
