I have Telus fibre, rural Alberta. Currently have line in to a T3200M router, then bridged to my router. Would like to get a SFP to RJ45 switch, bypassing the telus router completely. Is this possible, if yes can any cheapo switch do, or am I stuck with an uber-expensive switch.
