DSLReports is totally dead now, not even a dud page. The domain just redirects to satellitemap.space.

Maybe it’s a way to poke fun at Mu$k?

Centralops.net hasn’t shown any change in ownership, or a landing page indicating a domain for sale. It will be interesting to see what transpires. After all, despite the kvetching it was still widely known and used. Someone may monetize the domain.

For now, the root of the domain (without www.) appears to be pointing to SpaceMap, which shows the locations of various satellites including those of Starlink. The domain still had some time left on the registration, so I imagine Justin or whoever still holds the domain, is going to possess it for the near future.

Will be a shame if the domain turns into some ad-infested craphole of the Internet.

Such is life. I knew it was coming. I thought the outage years ago would be the death knell. But it still puttered on and I did find myself back more frequently recently. Then it shut down oh well.
