I certainly agree about Little, he needs to go. Hoffman, well, I’m kinda on the fence, but leaning to “go” simply as he has fucked us on a few occasions.
It’ll be interesting what happens with Bo and Free Agency. Given his health issues over the last couple of years, should he be offered a contract? Sure he’d likely be healthy for the 2026 season, but how long until he gets injured again?
I think it goes without saying that Schneider (John, not Davis, as he can stay because he’s bloody awesome), maybe Pete, and certainly Aktins and Shapiro need to go, as has been said many many times over the last couple of years. The player side of things got a shake up, now it’s the turn of the management levels to get some spring cleaning. I suspect none of those will happen due to them getting into the playoff’s and the world series, and all the extra dollars that were generated because of them (which is bullshit as it’s the guys on the field doing the actual hard work)
Here’s to next season, let’s see if we can start it off in a better way than this year, as the home opener was shitty. If we can give it the same effort as when we started getting a heck of a lot better, who knows, maybe we will be playing baseball in november next year, and winning the whole damn thing (one can but dream)
