ZZZZZZZ Yup, not a good start to the final games of the season. I’m not 100% sure what happens based on how many we win or lose now, it seems overly complicated to be honest.
One thing that sill surprises me about the baseball I’ve watched and been at, is the lack of violence between apposing teams, they’re not even separated. Take that call on Springer last night, if this were british football there would be serious shouty stuff going on with serious threats of violence. There would be the opposite of that and proper tears when your team loses (I’ve seen it first hand, a mate was properly crying when his team lost a football game. I was going to utter “it’s only a game” and others knew it, and had very very serious looks on their faces and gently head shaking to say “don’t, just don’t”, so I did not)
