I highly recommend LibreWolf to everyone and anyone. It keeps you out of the chromenopoly while giving you privacy enhanced web browsing without the hassle of manually hardening firefox yourself.
I wouldn't describe Librewolf as "locked down firefox" but "sanely and privacy friendly configured firefox". The way things ought to be out the box. In other words, it is firefox done right.
