"My Tags" changes when you mouse over it

Kind of annoying when you are trying to click on one.

SLC_96 Brave (Chrome based) and always has.

I see that too with Firefox but don’t view it as an issue. I simply mouse over and when the display changes as illustrated from your first image to the second image, I click on the tag I want.

I think it would depend on how many tags you’re following, and how they’re ordered.
When you mouse over them and the scroll bar comes up (immediately to the right of the tags), it reduces the horizontal space for tags and they get re-ordered.

I see the same behavior as Donoreo, but I’m not following a lot of tags so the re-ordering is minimal and I’m not bothered by it.
I’m using regular Chrome.

It is not problem in that I cannot do something, it is just an odd behaviour and an annoyance.
