Spectrum News has added a feed of their Spanish news channel for Texas. Unlike Spectrum News 1 this seems to be a state wide feed according to the weather bottom bar.
Dallas has it on channel 27 and 799. They slotted it in to the last open channel in the local channel range. 27 was formerly occupied by CSPAN before it moved to channel 2 several years back.
