Trouble with VOIP.MS's support-ticket sytem?

Since yesterday, I seem to have minor trouble of various types with VOIP.MS’s support-ticket system. (VOIP.MS occasionally has minor temporary trouble with their features, which doesn’t faze me because the trouble rarely interferes substantially with my service.)

Have you had any trouble with the ticketing system?

As I said, for me the Voip.MS support recently was fine.

No, what sort of trouble are you discussing?

I recently put in a Caller ID Name (CNAME) request to Voip.MS and they were very responsive over the ticketing system, even over a weekend.
