SpaceX isn’t a partner in the Orbital Reef development. That doesn’t mean Dragon won’t dock with Orbital Reef at some point especially since Dragon is currently NASA’s primary and most used human rated space vehicle, but it isn’t needed for building the station, which is to be done primarily using Blue Origin New Glenn with Dream Chaser and Starline providing crew transport.
