oh please, Garland was practicing his bull wrestling skills on McDavid. the Myers crosscheck to the head was the bigger cheap shot as those two were just jawing at each other, not physically engaged.

both need to get suspensions as crosschecks to the head just cannot be. but Myers deserves more games than McDavid.

Morgan Rielly got 5 games for a crosscheck to the head last year. If McJesus doesnt get the same then it really shows the league bias.

I see it a bit differently ..
Both the Rielly (last year) & Myers (last night) crosschecks were not part of actual game play while Garland was actively bull wrestling McDavid during play.

So yes all 3 crosschecks warrant suspension but Rielly & Myers deserve more games than McDavid.

p.s. but the 5 game Rielly got was really severe .. i thought he'd get a couple of games.

I have Prime so. But for the UFC PPVs I pirate. This weekend I got an invite to a Aussie discord where 1 guy gets all the PPV's & streams him for his buddies. So that worked well.

Huge game for the Leafs tonight must win in my eyes. Not counting my chickens before they hatch though.

Twas a weird game. Leafs had tons of chances but kind-of got goalied by Merzlikins.
Our Hildabeast was very mediocre in goal .. his play so far has been quite Garret Sparks'ish : (( .

nah, Garland was bullwrestling McDavid, not a possible injury move; thus doesn't warrant retaliation. if anything, had he not been suspended, Myers might have been a target as his crosscheck to head was NOT during the actual play.

He crosschecked the guy in the face. doesnt matter what was done to him. He also elbowed a guy in the head earlier in the week and got nothing.
