Anyone find the schedule a bit strange for the start of the playoffs? Tampa/Florida will begin TUESDAY, while the playoff games started on the previous Saturday, and Habs/Caps & Oilers/Kings only start today.

Yeah, I thought NBA playoff scheduling was weird. But the Panthers had a whole week off because of it.😃

ESPN/ABC and TNT are doing NHL and NBA now, so it could be because of that. But shouldn’t that make scheduling less weird no more weird?

Montreal took over the game in the third. Looked to be in complete control.

It looked like they were nervous in OT. A few sloppy passes and unforced errors. They gave the game away in OT.

What was Blackwood (Colorado’s goalie) doing on the OT winner? He makes the save, the puck is sitting there a couple feet from the crease. Nobody is going for it. And he just waits there on his knees for someone to get it. Seemingly making himself smaller as time went on. He could have covered it or swatted it away 5 times before Blackwell came in and scored.

I guess you Canadians didn’t mention it because you were ashamed, but The USA women beat Canada in the Women’s Hockey World Championship. a couple days ago. They said it was a major upset.😃 🇺🇸

Nice to see Domi pot the OT winner .. glad he shot as he’s so prone to pass even when the shot is the better play.

But, i admit, he scares me whenever he’s on the ice; takes too many dumb penalties & makes too many low hockey IQ plays.
