From my preliminary assessment, you seem to get 28-days to use your data in February, rather than 30/31, but the app still thinks you're in the previous month.
So you download like a madman on the 29th day to use up your cap and it gets accounted on the next month.
Some banks pulling this shit off too, screwing up transactions and posting them on a previous day when your transaction limit is supposed to rollover (except they do this every month if the last day falls on a weekend, unrelated to February)
I am being petty; and this is not a serious issue but it's a systemic and fixable issue; how you do the little things is how you'll do the big things. If the situation were reversed and I racked up 200$ of roaming charges in spite of their data tracking app working 100% and updated promptly, they would not show any mercy.

My Bell app seems to be pretty nice overall, besides this oversight. Much better than My Rogers.
Their 5G service so far has also been excellent. (Except that the upload speeds are still LTE in many areas, it's not a 5G Standalone (SA) it's 5G Non-Standalone (NSA).
and HD+ Voice (EVS) is great too.
