CM3000 UPC variations

I noticed today on Amazon there are three versions of the Netgear CM3000 modem for sale:

$275 2.5Gbps = UPC 606449157185
$300 (NEW) 2.5Gbps = UPC 606449173598
$220 (Discontinued) 2.5Gbps = UPC 606449147452

All three versions are shown with "Ships from: Amazon" and "Sold by: Amazon". That's quite a price range for what on the surface appears to be the same product.

Do any of you happen to know if there is an actual difference inside that affects performance or reliability? I tried researching and didn't find anything.

606449147452 is (according to another reference) a CM2000 (not CM3000).

CommunityMember Ah, my mistake on that one. The product title names it CM2000 and my eyes skimmed right over it. Thanks for clarifying!

From what I've read:
"UPC 606449157185" corresponds to model number "CM3000-100NAS" - Version 1, North American region
"UPC 606449173598" corresponds to model number "CM3000-1AZNAS" - Version 1, North American region also, but just a special SKU used for Amazon.

telcodad Thank you for the information. The SKU differentiation makes some sense. Amazon charging $50 more for it, not so sensical!
