I'm pretty sure we have discussed the show before too. 🤔
The show is fun to watch. There's the usual action and adventure, plus some mostly well-done humor.
But more important to me is that each episode is its own story. It's not trying to tell one story stretched over 10 episodes which I think really waters down the storytelling.
There's also a fair amount of character development and the effects are pretty good too.
It's more like "old" Star Trek rather than the "new" Star Trek.
For me, with Lower Decks gone, it's the only Star Trek.
