Interested in full size computer cases again

I'm hoping that by the end of the year I will be able to build a completely new Tower.

The criteria I am aware of that I need for a case are the following:

Support 2 2.5" drives

Support 4 3.5" drives

USB 3.0 and USB C in front, as many as possible

reset button

good cooling

Low injury metalwork

Full ATX motherboards fitting in easily

Separate PS/HDD/SSD section if possible

Not too heavy

Not too expensive!

Looks is very secondary, I don't need to show off stuff.

My current build is in a Lian Li Lancool 216. I'm very happy with this case and I think that it checks most of your boxes. I'll admit that it is bit on the heavier side but it is super easy to work in. Lots of options.

My latest desktop system was built in a Fractal Design Focus 2 Black ATX case that I purchased new on sale for about ~$49 USD. IMO it’s a great case that has two slight shortcomings. First, the top USB-C is optional as in you have to buy the internal cabling separately (at ~$49 for the case I was complaining). Lastly the RyZen 7950X CPU I was using quasi requires 280mm or better water cooling and the Focus 2 case requires an included offset bracket to make everything fit (even with the bracket the RAM clearance was a little iffy).

The case I really like is the Fractal Design Torrent ATX case. However, that is an air cooling designed case and water cooling in it could be a bit challenging. If the CPU manufacturer recommends water cooling I feel somewhat compelled to go with said recommendation.
