‘Dexter: Original Sin’ Un-Renewed as Paramount Opts Out of Second Season
I just started watching this and I’m getting through it slowly. I’m generally enjoying it.
They seemed to do a pretty good job of getting actors that look pretty close to the original characters. The guy that played Batista made me do a double-take a couple times. Obviously, using someone semi-famous like Christian Slater for the father (who had a pretty well-established appearance as another adult-aged actor in the oritinal series) kind of stands out. But it’s mostly been pretty good.
Original Sin seems to have captured the feel of the original series a lot more than the post-finale snow season.
