Hmmmmm! What is your default browser being used on the phone? Probably Chrome. Not sure if that matters however.

Firefox, I should back up and say it worked once. Now it says not found "Hmm, this page doesn't exist, Try searching something else".
I also have a Galaxy J7 that has no sim and I only use it to stream news and music and that one plays the video also with FF. I sent the link to a friend yesterday and they could not open either. I think it may have started just I accepted a nag screen with the new updated Samsung TOS

Kathy_9 thanks for the shot but too general. it does say "This is only available with third-party apps certified by Samsung". After it worked once on the Galaxy J7 now it no longer works there either but still works on desktop.
