There's a note on a website here (may have to click on translate) that the release of v128.8.0esr was "taken out" and that a new "candidate" was created today, 3/05/25. I assume that the eventual release will be at the same link but thus far nothing. I suppose that we'll just have to wait and see. Betterbird appears to be sticking with their original release.
Update: Link now working and so is internal updater.
