This is the first support forum for this Company on the whole internet(As far as I know). Right now they just have a phone call and help files. Although I did just see(or maybe I missed it until now) that they also have live chat. And the live chat isn't AI. It's actually live people🙂. When I try to use it at 2am, it says no one is available and to leave a message. That's good. That also means their tech support is local instead of someone from India that you can't understand because they have a thick accent.
