I can’t imagine they would have much liability that isn’t already spelled out in the Terms of Service or Product agreement. For example, unexpected software and hardware defects usually have some sort of exemption. You can duke it out in Court, otherwise it really becomes a bug fix case since “take down the network” isn’t the purpose of the product.
