Here its a brand few know about but it's well received around the world.
They did make money so it is a far different case than other brand/retailers than others you have posted about. I cannot help but think the giga-spike in US lead/invented/generated bullshit made them figure it was easier to cash out now than struggle through four years of utter and contemptible stupidity and disruption.
IMHO the stupid thing is one could not order much of their product in Canada despite it being owned by crappy tire. On the other hand it's way too good for the WOODs logo, and some product are so specific for certain uses that are sort of niche product. I hope the new owners don't screw with the company and ruin it.
