most users still won't see maximum speeds past what's promised by 4G - my phone on Koodo, which until recently didn't even have a 5G SIM, was easily hitting 100mbit on speed tests (though it's very possible that it's actually 5G anyway on a dual mode core, I guess). The real promise of 5G is the massively parallel connectivity for IoT, and real-time connectivity for things like medical devices: the ultra low latency that is mentioned in the section you quoted isn't new to 6G. It's true that the backhaul in 5G is defined as 40Gbps, so increasing that to a 200Gbps link could theoretically improve performance, but in an urban environment the towers are so dense that it's nowhere near saturating a 40Gbps link, let alone what 6G describes.
Honestly, I'm really struggling to see what the benefit to the end user is going to be for 6G.
