Starlink launches are starting from Starbase, TX as well. V2 mini satellites are winding down and V3s are going to be launching.
Also, SpaceX Florida ops are stopping Starlink launches for now because the V2 mini orbital shells reachable from Florida are most likely full. Vandenberg can’t reach many of those Florida reachable azimuths, but can reach polar or close to polar launches that are difficult from Florida. Vandenberg has been launching Starlinks 2-3 times a week for the last couple of years already. Florida Starlink launches will start again when Starship is ready to launch V3 Starlinks from Florida, probably next year. Around then, if not sooner, I expect Vandenberg Starlink launches will stop.
