Handy poster for current weather forecast.
Did my weekly grocery run yesterday, it was nuts. I did buy a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread, but those were on my list as of last Monday.
Pork loin had good price @ WMT, hunted through the display and found a nice strap-off piece. I’ll use half for a roast, other half sliced into 1.5 inch thick chops for skillet chops.
There aren’t much drippings for gravy, so I’ll have to use McCormick’s gravy mix. 😕
